At ICC, we offer community-based classes at no cost to Westbrook residents. Our courses are tailored to immigrant, refugee and asylum seekers looking to support their families and put down roots in Maine. We offer English courses at every level, financial literacy, computer skills, parenting, and one-on-one case management.
