At ICC, we offer community-based classes at no cost to Westbrook residents. Our courses are tailored to immigrant, refugee and asylee residents seeking to support their families and put down roots in Maine. We offer English courses at every level, as well as courses in financial literacy, computer skills, parenting, and one-on-one case management.
