Community Hours at ICC
The Intercultural Community Center offers free one-on-one appointments with our team — Crystal, our Community Navigator and certified Goodwill Career Coach, and our youth expert Nate, who takes emergency and family support appointments. Community Hours are open to anyone in Cumberland County — whether you're enrolled in our classes or not.
Come with any need. If we can't help directly, we'll connect you to someone who can.
Need school supplies for your kids? Help feeding your family? Your car broke down and you don't know where to turn? A benefits deadline you're afraid you'll miss? We'll help you find the organization that can help — and walk you through it.

Most appointments are held remotely — by video call or phone, so you can meet from home, from work, or wherever you are. If remote isn't working for you, Crystal and Nate are also available at ICC (36 Patrick Drive, Westbrook). Just let us know when you sign up.
Available hours are listed when you sign up. If you need a different time, reach out and we'll figure out an alternative.
Same-day requests are welcome when possible.
Your information is kept private. What you share stays between you and the person you meet with.
